Gordon-Cumming's watercolours were recently discovered in a portfolio in the attic of a country house where they had been for nearly a century. In exceptionally fresh condition, these works reveal the talents of a trailblazing female artist who was famous in her own lifetime and the author of over 20 books. She travelled from India to Yosemite, USA where she held the first ever exhibition,  and a third of the collection has already been sold to institutions. Fabulous examples still remain for sale.
